Thank you for choosing to order a custom handmade item! Please take a moment to read through the following guidelines to ensure we are both clear and happy throughout the process.

 

 Handmade Takes Time
Each piece is lovingly handcrafted, and quality work takes time. Turnaround times will vary depending on the size, complexity, and number of items ordered. Please be patient—I promise it will be worth the wait!

 

Order Details Are Important
When placing an order, you must include the following details:

  • Wool Type: (e.g., merino, acrylic, cotton, blended yarns, etc.)

  • Texture Preference: (e.g., soft, chunky, delicate, fluffy, etc.)

  • Item Type: (e.g., jumper, scarf, hat, blanket, socks, etc.)

  • Size: (e.g., small, medium, large, custom measurements if necessary)

  • Quantity: How many items would you like made?

 

Clear Communication = Smooth Orders
Incomplete information can cause delays. Please provide all details at the time of your request so I can start your project promptly.

 

Payment Info:

For orders over £12, we kindly ask for a 50% deposit before we begin. The remaining balance will be due once your order is complete and ready to ship. Please note that we’ll only start work after the deposit has been received.

For orders under £12, payment can be made after your order is finished. Once we receive your payment, we’ll ship your item as soon as possible. We may kindly request a screenshot or photo as proof of payment.

 

Timeframes
After confirming all order details, I will provide an estimated completion time. Larger or more complex orders will naturally take longer.

 

Custom = Unique
Please remember that each item is handmade and unique. Slight variations are part of the charm and beauty of handcrafted items!
